Why not have a pamper event or just have a chill session?

We all need down time and  time to just "be".  It is so easy to speed up and run around exhausting the body and mind.  Having regular, or as often as possible, de stressing sessions can really improve mental and physical wellbeing.

It is easy to override our mind and bodies and not rrealize that we are becoming tired and depleted both physically and mentally.  Having a treatment such as Reiki or Indian head massage can offer an oppotunity to chill and wind down.

Not everyone realizes that it is easy to relax and unwind.  Some people have to learn how to or may have over ridden their signs of stress so often that they have forgotten what it is like to feel  relaxed .
